At Ginko Metal Works LLC we are not just a piece part maker. We also do assembly. We can help you meet your goals to lower your cost and improved quality. Our skilled people can handle virtually any thing you might need in the assembly process. We can add PEM’s, hinges, rivets, or gaskets before or after painting or platting. In the picture you can see one of our assemblers installing (setting) PEM studs using one of our three state of the art Laser guided PEM Setters for better accuracy. These systems are highly automated with two of the three featuring Auto Bowl Feeders significantly reducing assembly time. PEM Studs not right for your job, We also do Weld Studs for no external markings. At Ginko Metal Works we can do any mechanical assembly you need. We can add doors, gaskets, and decals. We can also install mechanical components like valves, plumbing, and actuators. Our welding department is skilled in Weldments, welding a group of parts to build a complete product. We can add skins to the sides of frames or build guards, free standing or attached. We can can also take the machined parts and assemble them here. Because we produce complete units here for our own needs, we always have our assembly group active. These people are trained in the proper ways of assembling products, and understand and follow best practices. This allows our customers to leverage off our staff and experience. At Ginko Metal Works you won’t need to look elsewhere for your assembly needs. Having one company that can handle both manufacturing and assembly, reducing paperwork and providing a single point of contact.
