Machining

Not all metal working is cutting, punching, bending, and welding. Here at Ginko Metal Works we understand that. In response, we support our own high quality machining center. Our goal in the machining center is to focus on machines that will provide the best functionality, reliability, and quality in our machining group. For that reason, we added four Haas vertical mills, each with their own specialties and features. While all are CNC controlled, with multi-tool turrets they have other features like Laser Guidance, Tooling Coolant, and even Through Tool Coolant enabling us to cut more at twice the speed with the same accuracy and quality. The laser guidance provides higher accuracy, repeatability, and reduced cycle time. Mills are not the only machines in our machining center. We also feature a Haas horizontal Lethe. This is a work horse of a CNC machine with its continual self feeder, it can run for hour turning out high quality parts without reloading. Our Machining department is still growing, one of our next work centers will be a CNC mill capable of both Vertical and Horizontal Milling. With our continued growth, you will be able to enjoy the best solution for your job. Not every job is a CNC job. For those jobs, we have manual machines for cutting, grinding, sanding, and drill and taping. Whether CNC or not our skilled operators will insure every part meets or exceeds your requirements.
