We work with industry standards like Solidworks CAD software and have the ability to move from the design computer to the CNC machines production of your product. Our CAD/CAM systems allows us to manage the production of you product better and quicker by eliminating transcription errors and minimizing Machine CNC programing time. At Ginko Metal Works, we understand the importance of “The Process”. Having been part of an ISO company for many years, we have developed procedures to insure your product is produced using best practices, reliable tracking, and most important, consistent high quality. Each project is given its own file, from a folder to a project book or even multiple project books. Each product will have its own detailed manufacturing process, and schedule. Our goal is to utilize our Engineering and Management staff to produce the best product, reliably, efficiently, and cost effectively, because your success is our success.
