While typically we can schedule stock to be delivered when it is needed, sometime the need for a more flexible delivery schedules require in house stock. In those instances we have the ability to stock for order fluctuations. We presently stock a variety of Tube, Bar, Plate and Sheet metal. Let us know if you require special stocking so we can work with you to meet your needs. Everyone knows metal work can be big, heavy, and awkward. If your project falls into one or more of these categories Ginko Metal Works can handle your needs. We are uniquely positioned to handle those needs with an assortment of solutions. If weight is a concern, we have two ten (10) ton hoist which can traverse the length of the building and half the width. They can be used together to move even larger objects. For other applications, we have a two and a half (2.5) ton fork lift, which can maneuver throughout our facility. Our FO-3015 Amada Laser table can handle a ton (2000 lb.) for laser cutting up to ¾” cold roll steel plate and our Amada 667-II laser with its auto re-indexing can handle oversize jobs of almost any size. Our punch presses can auto re-index as well. Our 80 ton Brake Press with its 8 foot width, can bend even the largest panels. If your real need is machining a thick heavy block of steel, it’s no challenge for our center cooled tool Mill. This Mill can double the feed rate, even with the thickest block. So regardless of you needs, we can handle it. Packaging your product for shipping is something that we do well at Ginko Metal Works. We can design custom packaging and containers. For smaller, lighter products we can prepare your product to ship in a custom cardboard box. For larger, heavier products we can design and build a wood crate or pallet to meet your needed. We offer a wide variety of shipping methods. We offer shipment through Fed Ex, or other delivery services, common carrier freight companies, or with our own ten (10) ton Box truck with power lift gate. We will be glad to work with you to provide the best method for your needs.
